Brief history: I lived in Welllington, NZ, for 4 years from 1975 to 1979. I owned my first horse in this gorgeous place called Ohariu Valley, and went to Pony Club, shows etc. I was youtubing and found some brief clips made by new members of my old Pony Club. So I emailed these girls, told them my story and how much i missed riding there.

well these absolutely LOVELY girls (who are all of 17 years old and are now 'friends' on Facebook due to our mutual love of horses) filmed a clip just for me , riding their ponies through the valley so I could see how it had changed over 30+ years.

it was so special, I was so excited. Love those girls to pieces!

I have three I can think of straight up.

First one is Rik Mayall, of  "the Young Ones" and "Drop Dead Fred" fame in the 80s.

This was filmed before he was famous. Apparently he was attending the Edinburgh Comedy Festival, watched the poetry competition, thought "I can do better than that", and came up with this.

Second is Australian comedy act Tripod, performing a song which ANYONE who has a partner addicted to Xbox (or other ) games will relate to.

Lastly a clip with motherly bias. Filmed by my son and his mate when they rode their BMX bikes through Europe. My son is the blondie at 34 seconds and who kindly continues filming at 1.10 when his mate goes SPLATT.  And then quite a bit of him from 2.23 onward (He's the 'Andy")  up to  4.08 when he gets into trouble in Prague for 'begging' outside some palace.........bar watching my son it's pretty boring. Apologies in advance for the music (yuck) and swearing (goes hand in hand with males that age I guess).

I had a pic of myself taken at a party in '92, one of the few of myself that I liked, and my d*mn ex-boyfriend was in it, so I cut him out and left me and my friend in it.  Maybe I should paste my husband into it, of course that would be weird as I didn't even meet him till '95.

That cat turned into one giant fluff ball with all that grooming.  Do you suppose since she is deaf that doesn't bother her?  

I've seen people just cut heads out of photos when they want to dispose of a person from their life, but never paste someone else into the group shots.

I like yours Ess.  I have a fantasy my son and his bride will do a special dance for us next week.  I doubt it will materialize.

Michelle, I'll have to take some time to look through your linked site.  I can only imagine.  It makes me think about the family pictures that were on the walls when we looked at our present house before buying it.  Evidently their may have been some instability.  In group photos there were a few people with new photo head cut-outs pasted over top of the old ones.  People either got tired of waiting for the good shot of everybody or they got new people.  I didn't ask.  See how it was done before photoshop?
