Blackout problem

I have a problem which is as follows : when i still staying exposed to the sunshine  i become dizzy and got a brain fog without loss conscience but my intelectual capabilities shrinks. Knowing that i leave in a region where the sunshine is important (in Africa), and when i have exposed my problem to a doctor, he said me that in my earlier age i have been hited by a sunburn. Effectively i remember for  that.
Now i have 42 years old i still suffering with this problem, so  i would like to know if there is a solution for it.
Thanks very much in advance.

Thanks for using the forum. I am happy to address your questions, and my answer will be based on the information you provided here. Please make sure you recognize that this forum is for educational purposes only, and it does not substitute for a formal office visit with your doctor.

Without the ability to obtain a history from you and examine you, I cannot comment on a formal diagnosis or treatment plan for your symptoms. However, I will try to provide you with some information regarding this matter.

Your symptoms may be indicative of dehydration. This can cause your brain to feel as though there is not enough nutrients and fluid getting to it and cause the lightheaded and dizzy sensation.  Other thoughts could also be that sometimes patients with migraines who are sensitive to the light can get the brain fog and dizziness.

I would recommend seeing your primary care physician to evaluate your thyroid (which regulates your body temperature), your blood glucose levels, and other routine labwork to make sure there is nothing else going on.

I hope this information was helpful. Good luck
