Describe spasticity vs muscle fatigue please.

  My entire right side hurts and so bad I can't sleep at times.  How are spasticity or muscle fatigue described?
====================================
Thanks for the question. Spasticity refers to an increase tone in the affected limb and represents a finding of an upper motor neuron lesion 9brain or spinal cord). The affected limb usually shows evidence of increased reflexes and tone. Patients will complain that their limbs are stiff and sometimes painful. If severe spasticity can lean to contractures of the muscle. Muscle fatigue is a much more generic term probably defined in several different ways. Patients with spasticity could also have muscle fatigue. I guess it referrs to general malace without definite weakness, that is protracted. Your doctor should beable to evaluate you and determine if you have a spastic limb. Good luck
