MacKenzie Exercises for Migraines

Posted By Sandy on May 08, 1998 at 23:13:07:

A friend told me that she knew of someone who was at the Cleveland Clinic for migraines, she was given a copy of the MacKenzie exercises.  She has been migraine free for over a year.  I asked my Doctor here about the exercises and he said they were only for back problems.  I would like to get a copy of the exercises.  I suffer from migraines and they seem to be getting more frequent.  I would like to try the exercises.  Thank you.
