I am a 35 year old female who has been experiencing a "transient tremor" for about 6 months.  This occurs only in the morning and does not last long - only while I remain laying in bed.  It started in my chest and now includes my left hand/arm and left leg.  Should I be concerned? my PCP thinks it's anxiety.  Why just on my left side?  I am concerned about a tumor or brain lesion.  Thanks for your opinion.

The symptom you describe does not sound like any typical neurological syndrome., certainly it does not suggest a brain tumor by any stretch of the imagination..
In general symptoms which come and go as you describe are unlikely to be due to a serious organic or structural abnormality.
If this tremor is very transient and goes away rapidly without affecting your usual functioning then I would be reassured that it does not signify naything serious.
If the pronblem persists I would reccomend that you see a neurologist for a
full evaluation and neeurological examination, but this is probably not a serious symptom.
