Nerve conduction velocity processess. Many blood tests have no relation to neurological processes and having normal "blood tests" might not be appropriate to your problem. It might be a good idea to seek a second opinion with a neurologist. I hope you find the answer to your problem. Certainly a circulation could be causing some of your symptoms, but your description does not have the overtones of a circulation problem that is just confined to your legs. A good quick test is to look at the hairs on your toes (if you ever had them), a circulation problem would eventually cause the loss of these hairs.
