B12 FOLATE DEFICIENCY

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS  THAT COME WITH A B12 AND FOLATE DEFICIENCY?    HOW DOES THIS DEVELOP?

The two have different properties, so each would have different symptoms.  It develops when you don't eat a healthy, balanced diet with plenty of quality vegetables as to the folate, and don't eat enough animal food as to the B12.  Their connection is in regard to the control of homocysteine, widely considered to be one the key causes of inflammation that contributes to heart disease.  But independently, if you google them, you'll see each contributes to most of the body's vital properties.  A lack of B12 causes a form of anemia, saps one of energy, adversely affects the nervous system, etc.  A lack of folate contributes to birth defects in offspring, irregular development of the nervous system, interference with normal growth, etc.  You're dealing with two mucho important B vitamins here, but they're relatively easy to get in food and supplements.  Time to do some homework.
