BMR calculator based on current caloric intake?

I'll put this under binge eating, I guess, though none of the topics really fit!

I need to get my calorie intake up a bit for now.

Is there a BMR calculator out there that factors in how many calories I am currently getting in a day? I'm pretty sure all of them won't give me an accurate number, as I have such a terribly hard time eating and my daily calories these days have been low.

I don't want to overdo it, which is why I think my BMR might be an appropriate starting off point.
