Can food intolerance do this?

Could food intolerance do this or would it need to be an allergy?

Over the past month and a half ive been feeling extremley disorientated, confused and unreal. At first it was scary but i've got used to it, it's like constantly being spaced out... but not in a good way. Had a few memory problems but i can function normally. I have started getting some crazy nettle sting like hives on my hands and seem more sensitive to cold on my joints. I just paid to have a york food intolerance test and it has came back that im pretty strongly intolerant to pretty much EVERY food on a scale of 0-4 (4 being the most reaction) (it says 1-4 should be avoided)...

4 - Carrot, Cows Milk, Cucumber, Gluten, Hazlenut, Wheat
3 - Avacado, Blackberry, Buckwheat, Chashew, Celery, Cherry, Chilli Pepper, Coconut, Correander, Corn, Egg White, lentils, Lettuce, Lime, Mustard Mix, Peanut, Potato, Strawberry, String Bean
2 - Asparagus, Beef, Egg Wold, Garlic, Hops, Kiwi, Lamb, Melon mix, Nutmeg peppercorn, Orange, Peach, Peppers, Paprika, Rice, Rye, Soya bean, Tea, Tomato, Walnut,
1 - Almond, Aubergine, Brazil,  Cinamon, grape, grapefruit, haricot bean, kidney bean, lemon, millet, mustard seed, oat, onion, pea, pear, pineapple, plum, raspberry, sesame seed, sunflower seed. yeast

It says i can eat a few things most of which i dont like.

What do you think? Any input would be helpful thanks

Hi and thanks for posting your question!

Did the doctor talk to you about an elimination diet?  How it works is that you eliminate all the above items from your diet ... then you add one item back and see if that item produces the negative symptoms you've described.  If it does, eliminate it from your diet.  Otherwise, you can most likely keep that item in your diet.  You keep adding back one item at a time until you find the item, or items, that are causing your reaction - those you eliminate completely.

You may want to start with the items that you reacted to with a 1, then 2's, 3'd and finally 4's.

Hope this helps ...
