Hi Jen,

I am not sure what you mean by water infection....???  But, due to your history, it is important to make sure you don't have another cyst.  Have you had an ultrasound since you have had the pain in your left ovary?  This is the best way to determine if you have another cyst.  Chronic conditions like PCOS or endometriosis can cause repeated cysts and pain.  Here are links to Medhelp forums that discuss those conditions:

Please ask for an ultrasound for your left ovary pain, if you haven't already had one.  You shouldn't have to suffer.  You need a doctor who will work with you to find answers.  Please keep us updated on how you are doing!
