peri membraneous VSD and prolapse RCC

My younger brother 14 years old is having a Peri-membraneous VSD and partial prolapse RCC. Doctors suggested for the open heart surgery as it is the only treatment which is given to such pateints in Pakistan and we are residents of Pakistan...but we do not want to go for the risk..is there any laser treatment for this? please suggest countries and hospitals which are giving treatments other than open heart surgery to the VSD pateints.. And also suggest best cardiac surgeons..

Unfortunately there are no non-surgical ways to deal with perimembranous VSDs at this time.  If there is significant aortic valve cusp prolapse and leakage of the aortic valve then surgical repair is the only option at this time.  Where and when you choose to do that is up to the family.
