Adolescence or a concern

I am a 14 male and have been feeling a hard lump beneath each nipple on my chest. They hurt. Is it part of adolescence or what? I am shorter than classmates, but my dad is short. My brother grew when he was about 15.

This discussion is related to Evaluation by endocrinology appropriate?.
