My grandsons reacurring boils on his right butt cheek

My grandson has reacurring boils on his butt - actually, his right butt cheek. His dad who had a staff infection, which my daughter ended up with, might be the cause?
The doctor said it was is fact caused by a staff infection, and the little guy was given anit-biotics, but his butt boils keep coming back - and it the same place! Square on his right butt cheek, about once every 3-4 months. Anyone have a suggestion or experience with this?
