pale or grey stools

my 15mth old daughter stools are pasty but light grey in colour she is her normal self with no symptoms

Run it by her doctor. I once got clay-colored stools and that worried the doc a lot (I think it's a hepatitis symptom) until he figured out that I was taking so much calcium that it had that effect. But hepatitis is not something to wait around on, so get in touch with her pediatrician's office tomorrow.
