Pain in Urinary

What is a possible cause of urinary tract burning and pain and pressure to pee BESIDE UTI, I've been tested for UTI several times and I do not have it.  No blood in urine coming out, pain at the beginning of release of urine, urine feels less watery than before, more heavy. Thank you for any thoughts!\

If your urine cultures are coming back negative, then you should locate a pelvic floor specialist, or urologist, who can fully evaluate your bladder and pelvic floor muscles to see if there might be a way to get rid of your symptoms.
