missed period, got mirena removed 3 weeks ago today

Hello, I got my mirena removed on feb 19th and have had it in for 1 year. I had normal periods the whole year i had my mirena in. I am now currently almost a whole week late from the date of my usual period which is the 7th of each month. I have only had my mirena out for 3 weeks now could I be pregnant already? I have took 3 pregnancy test but they have all be negative. Could my period starting date be messed up from the removal or could i be pregnant

when you get mirena removed it can take up to 3 months for your period to return to normal. Hope this helps
