frequent peeing during the night

Hi,
I am a 32 year old male who recently has quite smoking and decided to get fit. A few months ago I bought a push bike and have been riding it daily alone with other excercise things. Since doing this I have developed a need to pee several times through the night which I never used to do. Someone mentioned the word prostate to me and now I'm a little worried. Could riding a bike effect my prostate? I also take creatine as part of my exercise routine. Could this be a problem? Please help! note: i have no other syptoms (symptoms) (i think)

Better to be safe than sorry...Get a PSA blood test done. Thousands of men in there 30s get prostate cancer and it's better to have a "starting" baseline PSA result in your file than not to. It's probably nothing but in a few years all men will be getting PSA testing done starting @ 30. Be the first on your block. Your # should be around 1. Let's say it's 1.2 and in a year it's 1.75....That would mean something is brewing. Lots better to know than not to too. Good Luck.
