How to tell if she is lying about being pregnant

Hi,
I recently had a one night stand with an older lady, she is between 46-50 years old. We were both pretty drunk but I used a condom and after the sex remember it was full of my semen and then I flushed it down the toilet. Now this woman came off as a bit of a fantasist, telling me she got messages direct from celebrities on Twitter, claiming she dreamed she would meet somebody in the same job as me (Not that it's very exciting). Fair enough, no problem, it was nice to meet her and I said my goodbyes without giving her my number, although I did tell her where I worked.
Two weeks later she phones me at work randomly for a chat, asking if I'll go back to the club we met. I falsely tell her I have a girlfriend to try and put her off the scent. Then I get a text two weeks later saying she is having morning sickness and thinks she may be pregnant. She says something must have gone wrong and can't take a Home Pregnancy Test as she has a rare blood condition. Is this likely? She says her period is late then mentions that she now has only one tube and doesn't know how this 'happened'. She claims she will go to the doctor in a couple of weeks for a blood test. Then she tells me her boyfriend is coming back from abroad and she is beinf forced to take him back as he has had two heart attacks without her. Even though he is in his 30s.
Is she trying to rope me in or is there a chance she could be telling the truth?

demand that she take you to the doctor with her so the doctor can give you proof....say that you're too busy in your new relationship to play around so you need answers (yes I know it's just an excuse, LOL). that way you'll know for sure either way....she doesn't HAVE to take you with her, but if she refuses you can pretty much be sure she's lying.

I would not put too much into what she is saying. Insist on going with her to her Dr when she has the test done and get a copy of the test if she says it was positive.

Thanks, complicated to the extreme. She was laying it on pretty thick trying to convince me she wouldn't lie about being pregnant when I called her on it. Her refusal to back down is what confused me. My instincts immediately said she was lying though. Oh, and these conversations have never been face to face, only by text.

Wow, that's a complicated tale!  I would be extremely skeptical...
It is quite unlikely that *anything* she has told you is true, IMO.
