Mutual Masturbation

Hi,

Around 5 months ago I met a guy at a hotel I was staying in. We agreed to wank together, it started by us both wanking ourselves, then he wanked me to orgasm, I came on myself.

I didn’t finish him, I left and showered back in my room.

I am now going through some pain in my testicles - left side - doctor I went to said it is epididymis and has put me on doxy if things don’t settle down.

Is there any risk in my activity of STD/STI’s? The guy said he was clean and don’t worry, but my head is doing circles thinking I might pass something to my partner!!

Thanks
