Left arm and face numbness with mild heart pain

Im 21, when i was 19 i was at work and had my hands go numb then moved along to my face. Soon following that couldnt get words out and my sense of balance was thrown off. by the time i got to the hospital i was left with a horrible headache and went through an mri, ekg, and several blood tests but they couldnt tell what was wrong with me... since then i havent had any problems till now in the past three months at least once a month i get tingling and numbness in the left arm and face... and now my heart is begining to hurt when i breath deep... im healthy weight, exercise, regular heart beat... should i go to a specialty doctor or does anyone know what could commonly cause these symptoms?

I hope your feeling better,you need to get to a nuerolgist asap. These could be symptoms of a stroke, please go see Dr. and have yourself checked out. I'm normal weight,blood pressure fine,exercised regularly. I took a stroke and been in a wheel chair for over three years, It *****!
