Arthralgia

Dear Doctor
my mum has been feeling arthralgia for the last three years . she was feeling the pain at the knee joint before now but now she is also feeling pain at the hip and ankle joint. she takes NSAID everyday. when she doesn't swallow diclofenac , she develops swelling on the ankle and knee joint.
and she can't get up. so what should we do doctor?
