Stretch marks.
Hello.i'm a 14 year old girl who weighs about 190 lbs. and i wanted to know what is the best way to lose weight? and also what is the best way to get rid of stretch marks?

The best way to lose weight is through diet and exercise. There's no simple, easy way to do it. Eat about 4 small, healthy meals a day, and exercise regularly. Make sure to do both cardio and strength training exercises. Stretch marks are hard to get rid of. You might be able to lessen the appearance of them by using certain lotions, but it might not work. good luck
