Achy dose change

recently i was lowered in my dose 1 weeks ago. due to being hyper.  feel better only problem is I'm real achy, almost flue like . body aches. without the flu. anyone get this. did it pass as you adjusted to new dose?if this would pass i'd be good . ?/  any ideas.  popping a lot of Advil/Tylenol  dropped from 200 to 194 to 185 now on compounded natural desiccated thyroid,  got to wait 5 more weeks to rerun the numbers, energy is good,  feel strong, no anxiety, BP been good lately, pulse is OK like high 80's,  just really the aches , joints crack a little also.  thanks Kevin

Kl42 is right.
The thyroid regulates every organ in the body and if you stop taking, you can go into myexedema Coma.
Please ...see your Doc.
I have had a couple of bouts of going med induced hyper and only stopped for 4 days at the most.
Within 2 weeks, my levels have been hypo again after that 4 days without them.
You need medication regardless of how you feel...maybe starting back on a small dose or a different med.
Please dont ignore Kl42's message.
He is totally correct.

I too suffered horrible muscle pain after I was increased to 200 mg.  It was several days before  I could get up from coach or chair and a real struggle to walk.
Now I feel great after getting off the drug. Back to normal, but I wonder what the long term results will be for not taking meds.

im beginning to think the dose i was on at 180 was messed up, tsh came in at 5.77 and was hypo at 200 i was hyper at 0.29 now at 0.71 at 185 doesn't make sense other than that 180 wasn't full strength. maybe the 180 is the correct dose??? and the 180 i was on originally wasn't good

yea its less now and I'm not as achy, but still joints are clicking  painful. i think it might be from  being a little on the hyper side , but im not sure, it was worse a few weeks ago before i reduced my dose.

I remember you've had joint pain for quite some time. And you've had different meds. Was there a recent time that your joint pain was minimal? And what med where you on at that time?
