Brittle, falling off toenails?

Has anyone with Thyroid/Parathyroid issues expienced falling off, brittle toenails?
I've lost about 60% of my hair and now my toenails are brittle and some falling off; I also have ongoing night foot muscle spasms.  Thyroid results (TSH, FT4, antibodies) are normal and I did have a slightly elevated PTH in the past.  Any thoughts on what would be causing these symptoms?

thyroid have nothing to do with parathyroid. Two seperate issues but the symptoms can intertwine.

They are lab tested seperating and Dx'd differently with tests.

They are seperate glands not related to each other at all.

These are very common hypothyroid symptoms. Exactly what are the numbers on those labs you had done?
