I have been increasing my NT from 2 grains (felt horrible) to now 5 grains. No hyper symptoms. No labs since have been back on NT. I was trying Synthroid w/out and then with T3 (which I hated, hypo he11). I go back for labs 3/31. Any suggestions as to why it is taking so many grains to feel better? I just bought selenium to take but trying to figure out when to take NT, supplements and eat is driving me nuts. I take 2 grains NT at 6:30, eat at 7:30, take 2 grain NT at noon-1pm, eat at the same time, take 1 grain at 3pm. When should I take Selenium Vit D, vit B, omega 3 & iron (if needed)? Should I take zinc too? What about iodine? I've read that can help. All I currently take is omega 3 (fish oil), vit D & cinnamon. Help! I'm going to get B12, vit D, selenium, zinc, iodine, iron, FT3, FT4 & TSH all tested.
