I have had symptoms for several years now and have seen many doc's with no real results I have been diagnosed with
pernicious anemia psoriatic arthritis with absence of psoriasis. type 2 diabetes for which  I am only on a strict diet.
asthma and spondelitis of the upper spine im sure that is miss spelled.  the joint closes to the nail on my pinky will no longer bend and have severe pain in my hands.. positive hla b27 high cholesterol 209 and triglycerides 276
the symptoms I am concerned with are hair loss i have lost over half the volume in a three year period. increased appetite extreme fatigue I have no patients i bite at everyone pitted nails vein ruptures in my hands big ones  with small vessels on my chest arms and hands i get very hot and am usually cold natured. tested neg for menapause sorry dont know how to spell these words. a tremor in my hands only during movement. rubbery legs upon standing. blurred vision I turn red when in the sun sometimes even when its not hot out mostly on my chest.
my labs are this thy stim immugb 109 free t3 3.32 tsh0.81 which are in the high and low normal ranges could this be graves? also total protein 6.2 albumin 3.2 total bili 0.2 vit d level 18.1 taking 50000 iu weekly lymph ct 3.5 mono ct 0.8 mcv 95.4 mch 32.3 mchc 35.0 rdw 14.4 mpv 9.2 rbc 4.11 anti jo1  71 glucose 110 wbc good chloride cl 110 osmoality calc 275.5 I feel horrible any help?

You throw all those meds in the mix as well as the maladies they are for, and it makes it very difficult to say anything except that you don't seem to have Grave's or hyperthyroidism.

I hope you find the cause of these symptoms and put them behind you.

Your Free T3 is at a good level in that range.

The TSI test is negative for Grave's, although the result is a little bit high. 50 would be better, but less than 129 is nagative. Most people have thyroid antibodies in small numbers, which is why they consider 109 negative and 130 positive.

I don't think your Free T3 is high enough to make you feel hyper, and your TSH does not look hyper.

It may be an adrenal problem.

my meds are cynocobalamin  meloxicam  methotrexate  vit d folic acid doxycylcine and im supposed to take a cholesterol pill but it caused severe pain in my right upper side and i quit taking it.

What are the lab ranges on the TSI (109) test and the Free T3 test?

Your TSH doesn't look bad. Your symptoms sound like hyperthyroidism of some sort. Thyroiditis or Grave's, but your TSH doesn't support that conclusion.
