My father's head problem

My father is 83 and he is unable to balance himself. Always he says something is wrong with his head. He says something is pressing him and sometimes he says the head appears vaccant. He always holds his chin and says it is comfortable. Is it somethings called vertigo or something else. He is taking bp pills daily

Loss of balance and a feeling of pressure could be related to a lot of things.

It may be something as simple as talking to his doctor about the medications he's taking.
