Herpes exposure?

On Monday I paid for a happy ending massage. She unclothed her top and I began to jack myself off I had asked her not to touch me as I'm extremely paranoid. She grabbed my balls and played with them for a minute to help get me hard.
She then tried to show me her vagina and moved her underwear from what I remember she didn't touch me but I'm panicking as now I'm having. Symptoms frequent urination and headaches any advice on if I was exposed to herpes or at any risk would be appreciated  I am worried she may have touched herself then touched me I was also grabbing her boobs

There is no risk here for anything.

STIs are transmitted by oral, vaginal and anal sex, and sometimes by unclothed heavy rubbing of the genitals together.

None of that happened. There's no risk for any STI, including HIV, herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia, HPV - anything. You have no reason to test for anything.

I don't know what is causing your symptoms. Dehydration? Anxiety? Increase your water intake, decrease alcohol and caffeine, and if you still have symptoms on Monday, see your doctor. It's not related to this encounter.

Yeah I'm not sure what's causing the symptoms but because I got a "happy ending " I'm assuming that's it and causing so much anxiety and searching for answers and seeing people say you can get herpes like that. I thank you for response as it has helped come my nerves.
Just say she did touch herself and touch me still no risk?
I read that part where you said she moved her underwear - it doesn't matter. Even if she had full on masturbated herself and then touched you it wouldn't matter.

However, she didn't do that, so don't let your anxiety talk you into that.

If there was a risk, I'd tell you. There was no risk.

I appreciate your response more than you know thank you so much. I guess it guilt cause I have a gf.
Ahh okay, remember that guilt does not equal risk. I say it all the time. Don't let your brain equate the two.
