burning skin and weird sensation around throat

Hi I had a complete LAVH 2 weeks ago. They put a estrogen patch on my right out of surgery. Prior to surgery I had a flare up with shingles, I was on 1000 mg valtrex 3x daily to get me through the surgery. A dose I have taken before when I have had a flare. Anyways after I got home from the hospitalm I had dizziness, heart rate and blood pressure elevated and my skin was burning on my back chest and arms and especially on my throat area. also had a feeling of someone having their hands on my throat. After going to ER to rule out blood clots,(which I did not have) they said go home and try taking off your estrogen patch. I did and I started to feel better.Still have elevated heart rate at rest and weird burning sensation around my throat and back and arms but not as severe and the weird feeling around my throat. my valtrex is down to 1000 mg every 12 hours now. I also take neurontin 600 mg twice a day and amiltryplene 40 mg at night. They checked my thyroid in ER and it came back normal. Any other suggestions?
