Stomach Saga- Pain Left Ribs

Like many of you, I saw my Dr. after having increasing and constant pain in my stomach and upper left quadrant right under the ribs. What was your diagnosis?
CT scan, just some incidental findings but nothing to explain the pain.
2 ultra sounds and bloodwork were clear.
Upper scope test clear. Pain started to show up in odd places, seeming to appear always in the stomach area but sometimes on the right, sometimes higher in the ribs, in the right or left back etc. never severe but constant. I agree with the feeling of something being there that shouldnt. Just disconcerting to feel like something is wrong all the time.
Basically the HIDA scan finally revealed a minimally-functioning gallbladder, but because I don't have "attacks" per se, the surgeon doesnt want to take it out- yet. ALSO- get tested for H.Pylori. This test just came back positive, so I begin a 10 day round of antibiotics. Hoping for the best- I will repost if they fix this! Good luck and keep pursing it with the tests. The abdomen is a "black box" and can take a long time to diagnose issues.
