L-Thyrosine dosing instruction?

i just bought some  L-Thyrosine and B6.  I was wondering how to take it?

i took 1 (500mg) pill of  L-Thyrosine. and 1 (500mg) pill of B6 at the same time, after i ate breakfast.

how much should i be taking?  i took it about an hour and a half ago...i feel nothing.

i don't want to feel wired or anything like that.  i have 31 days clean.  i feel great for the most part but still feel a lack of energy sometimes.  hoping this helps.

also how is  L-Thyrosine.different from 5HTP?  i heard you can't tae them together

i think you take about 1500 mgs of the L-stuff....dont expect to 'feel' much..it aint going to make you feel like anything close to what we are use to, but it makes you feel a lil better than you would if not takin at all

Take a look at either the thomas receipt or the amino acids protocol. I cant remember but one of those tells you (i think)
