Hey,
Just an update. My last oxydone pills were on saturday at 5pm. I began tapering,, although not as I originally wanted to (should've had enough till monday). Last week I began an amino acid (L-Tyrosine), multi-vitamin, B-Complex, Whey Protein shakes w/ flaxseed, calcium and magnesium. I also have ativan for anxiety, ambien for sleep and got some muscle relaxers for the RLS for the night time jitters. Well, on Sunday I was sick in bed throwing up and had the runs pretty bad. I'm not sure if it was withdrawal symptoms or if I was really sick since my daughter had the same thing the day before. BUt anyway, I feel totally fine. I was expecting the usual sweats, anxiety, jitters all day and night and terrible terrible RLS, but haven't had any of these symptoms....yet. I hope not to. Just thought I'd share this since I think starting the "Thomas Recipe" in conjunction w/ weaning off seemed to produce little if any withdrawal symptoms for me. Hey, who knows, maybe I'll feel like **** in a few hours. But I hope not. I feel energized for some odd reason too. I think it's the L-Tyrosine combined w/ the B-Complex.
