9 days!!!!

Well I made 9 days today. And it actually didn't feel like an eternity like I thought it would.  Amazingly enough I haveng had many things to complain about w wds.  
I get a few sneezing fits.  That's totally ok w me. Lol.  No biggie right !!
At night the last few nights I get a little rls   But I take a couple of magesium pills when that happens.  
I also have limited myself to a cup of coffee in the morning to prevent myself from getting too anxious during day.  That seens to be helping a lot.
I think w the combo of good vitamins I've been taking b12, b6, 5htp, and lots of rhodolia during the day, it carries me through my day. Mixed w a good diet and excercise (for endorphins).  My days have been great!!!
Thanking God.  I'm almost in the double digits baby!!!! Almost 10 days.  Praise God.  Definitely no looking back now.   Feels too good to be free of this junk!!!!

I'm very aware that  I will have to keep my guard up against this beast probably forever.  As I'm prepared to do so.  With God on my side who can be against me??

NO lack of confidence for you - you have made it 9 DAYS with ZERO pills.  You can handle anything; besides what is the alternative?  Pills are not an option in this NEW life that you have worked very hard to get.  Just keep up the attitude that got you here - to today - and you will be FINE.  When you feel anxiety creep up, take a deep breath and think "I am CLEAN and it feels SO GOOD" (between sneezes . . . lol).  

I still sneeze every day too, mostly just in the morning, but mine come in 3's!!!  (even the fam holds off on the "Bless You"s.until #3!).

Ha!  My sneezing fits come in 3's!!   People laugh at me when I sneeze because I have never been the ah-choo out the mouth kind of sneezer.  I sneeze nasally and it sounds like I am trying to hold it back and be all lady like.  LOL!    

9 days is freaking awesome!  You are about to turn another corner towards freedom.  There is no going back now!   Using is NOT an option.  Stay strong in the weak moments and keep working your program.  The moment we are in is all we really have and for an addict, living in the past or worrying about the future is deadly.  Good job...and by the way...love your screen name!

Big hug on your 9!! days. You're are doing really well. I've a feeling that within a month or two you'll be putting us all to shame. I always double sneezed myself. Now it's occasional single sneezes - still sweating though. It's all good -- we're reversing the process and cleaning out. Truly an initiation - a rebirth into a life we never dared dream of before.

I know it's not an option to take anymore pills.  I will not!!!!!   I usually get anxious when having dinner dates w hubby's people from work.   But this time will be different.  I will choose to Not be anxious for anything!!!!!! I will get through this.  It's not for a few weekends.  Don't know why I started stressing in first place.  I guess it's normal.  But will not Dwell on it.  I will be confident and do great!!!!!  Period!!  

The support from u guys are just amazing!!!!! I can't wait to be posting 6 mo, 1 yr, 5 yrs clean!!!!!  

I promise I won't be posting ev day lol.  Just getting some needed confidence from all u awesome friends( tears)
