9 days!!!!
Well I made 9 days today. And it actually didn't feel like an eternity like I thought it would. Amazingly enough I haveng had many things to complain about w wds.
I get a few sneezing fits. That's totally ok w me. Lol. No biggie right !!
At night the last few nights I get a little rls But I take a couple of magesium pills when that happens.
I also have limited myself to a cup of coffee in the morning to prevent myself from getting too anxious during day. That seens to be helping a lot.
I think w the combo of good vitamins I've been taking b12, b6, 5htp, and lots of rhodolia during the day, it carries me through my day. Mixed w a good diet and excercise (for endorphins). My days have been great!!!
Thanking God. I'm almost in the double digits baby!!!! Almost 10 days. Praise God. Definitely no looking back now. Feels too good to be free of this junk!!!!
I'm very aware that I will have to keep my guard up against this beast probably forever. As I'm prepared to do so. With God on my side who can be against me??

you got it girl!! will be praying for you...and you will get thru it with flying colors!! just keep that attitude and you will make it....you've been so strong thru all this....and my counselor says...don't worry about what's ahead, even 1 day....just focus on today!! and tell yourself you will do great and get thru it!

But its not an option now. So will have to pass some tests to make me more confident in my sobriety. The next 2 weekends I will be tested. So will need some prayers please.

awesome! great attitude as always....and btw i still sneeze every day...lol always comes in 2's! but i'm used to it now....haha! congrats girlie on those 9 days! you be on double digits tmrw and before you know it triple digits! you rock!!
