Thank you for the reply. I have been on vics and now narco for about 3 years. Everytime I think I can control them I end up out of control within a couple of days. I have been taking 500/325 about 9 a day. I have tapered now to about 5 a day and in a couple of days will be out. I want to get off these for good but am so scared of the withdrawls. Only my husband knows and he is willing to stand by me, but I get so much anxiety when I run out that I rush back as soon as I can get a new script. Please help me do it this time. I WANT MY LIFE BACK I WANT TO BE FREE!

you can do it at home. check out Thomas Recipe (click on Health Pages at top right of this page)
you'll feel sick for a few days, the length and severity depend on how much and how long you've been taking vics.

You can do this...most of here did...I did. I'm on day 20 and actually feel "normal' again...

every day off the pills is better and better!

congrats on your decision...and good luck...we're all here backing you whatever you decide
