if your minds not healthy or being positive, the body will follow. You have to force happiness for awhile...you cant dwell on the past or the pills. I relized it the minute i started forcing myself out and doing everything i would on pills and having fun without them...it all dropped instantly within two days.

eta: Boy do I ever wish I had not quit smoking last October.
Seems like a cigarette would really help me get thru this. *sigh*
thanks guys.
I wasn't sure how much longer I could hang in there, but if I know it will stop eventually I can trudge thru some more days.
Congrats on day 33 and yes symptoms last this long ,but I think by the end of week you will see bigger changes for the best.I just took advil pms and found that walks really helped with the sleep also. You are doing great please be proud of yourself. Its a long journey but soo worth it and soon you will feel better than any day on pills.
I agree with the 2 post above, if you go to the Dr, and get something to help you sleep it may help to reduce the symptoms you are feeling during the day, giving your body a much needed chance to heal and recover, let alone your brain. Proud of day 33 keep up the good fight. This will soon be behind you...
