DAY 33 and still in Withdrawal....HELP

I am tiring quickly of feeling bad.


Once again, I laid awake last night until about 3am with aching restless
legs and arms. I work and just cannot do without sleep for much lomger.

During the day I am anxious and my skin just seems to crawl.
I am short-tempered.

Has anyone else had withdrawal symptoms for sooooooo LONG?

Are you taking the vitamins and stuff. Have you seen those 5 hour energy drinks like at walgreens? The ones that say there is no crash....they have a lot of the vitamins on the list and will give you energy w/o the crash....it's true. :) I drink those and they do give me the energy boost I need.

I am on day 32..I still get jittery and moody.the pains are gone and i sleep good (as long as i have my xanax which is prescribed for panic attacks)i am all jittery now and feel like my legs are going to fall out from under me but i promise you you can do this and it will stop!! we are all here for you..

I know the anxious feeling.  Unfortunately that takes awhile to get rid of.  I will be thinking of you in your time on need.

I have been holding on thinking that it will end soon, but it just doesn't.

Everyone else on here seems to feel pretty good after a week or two.

It's just getting so hard. I'm afraid this will never end and this is just how I will feel without pills.

Sarah...I don't have the answers to your questions as I am tapering off. Just wanted to let you know I am praying for you and I know there is a light at the end of the tunnel!
