it is the one I used it was given to me by a neo/natal nurse that works with addicted babys in the neo natal icu...its safe enough for a baby it safe enough for us.....this will brring you off as quickly and painlessly as possible ....im happy to see your doing this right....it hard enough doing it the right way check your e/mail in a few minutes

Well, I just got fed up 7 stopped taking it at 10-15 mg....but day 2 was hell. I was advised to taper more...but I was just fed up...but Ive decided I am going to taper and do this right. Thanks everyone!!
My whole body did it too. Especially my arms. Weird, I know. Stay away from antihistamines like benadryl. It makes it 10 times worse! Use the hylands and mag/cal supplement. They helped me. Baths help too. It gets better after a few days!

Hi.. How much were to at when you jumped off? I take m/done too and am down to 2mg. a day.Now will stop,much more than that and you are in for a rough go. karl

Read what the box suggests to put in. It is more for "soothing" than anything else.
So is it your legs that are restless? Like they feel like they are moving by themselves?

Are you talking restless legs or just you feeling restless? Let us know but in the meantime you got some good suggestions. Hang in there and don't give up!!!!
Epsom salt baths really helps, hylands restful legs, a calcium/ magnesium/zinc ( take 4 n the morning and 4 more n the evening) I think that really helped me..
You poor thing. It sounds like you are having a rough day. I tried every vitamin/ over the counter thing you can imagine to help with my oxy wd. Hylands Restful Legs worked a little. Also, Kava Kava helps a little too. Hot baths!!! Seriously! As much as you can... It relaxes the muscles. I drank lots of water and hot tea too. I am no where near the end of this battle, but physically I am getting better. You will get there too! Keep posting to let us know how you are doing. You are in my thoughts!
