way to go...i am really mot sure what day i am on cause i was stupid and had no idea what was going on until last night and i looked up the symptoms....but i had tapered them back to normal dose i think in thursday and then on friday i had 4 pills all day and then on saturday i have 2 pills all day and then on sunday i had 2 so i kind of think that made it a little longer but i am felling a little better tis evening the sleep was the worse part and the hot/cold sweats was the bad too...they are getting better however i did have some help with the sleep by and the anxity by taking valium but controled by a family member so i cant over do it...but it does get better and i really did not like the rapid heart beating and was worse after taking a bath...i have been on percocets for over a year but the other stuff for about 15 so they are next....i think that i really messed up and caused a lot of pain in my marriage that ended in divorce and i have a great realtionship with my older daughter but not my younger one....well i hope that helps i know venting and posting on here has answered alot of my questions and really helped too but telling my my brother and sister-in-law helped the most.

Night of day 2 and the cravings are insane,,,,There is only one thing on my mind I had no idea the mental part would be so hard... All I was to do is get a few of them pills and pop them.....then feel guilty afterwards I'm sure but I don't care about that right now. Almost broke down and called doc for another script which I said I would not........god this anxiety is pure hell.....also I wished that my wife even cared a lil about what I am going through....

Congratulations! I'm on day 17 of being clean (as in no opiates). I was like you originally, every 15 seconds wanting to eat pills. Now I think about once every four hours. I'm looking forward to my first day of not thinking about pills and then realizing "hey, I haven't thought about pills today". Soups, like Campbell's or Lipton's Chicken Noodle might help your tummy and they might stay down. My biggest problem was the runs. Everyone seems to be different. 5-HTP or Tryptophan help me with restlessness and anxiety. I also take something called "At Ease" from Redd Remedies to help with Anxiety. A lot of people swear by valium or other benzos (and they work) but they scare the h#ll out of me now (i no longer trust myself with any addictive substance).
