When cold turkey off Norco

My legs are driving me crazy hurting throbbing and will not let me rest, and getting really bad stomach pain anyone know anything that could help?

Tonic water has quinine in it that is specifically for leg cramp, hot tub soaks, walk...walk....walk. Unfortunately, the restless legs and lack of sleep is just part of what you have to go through with no magic cure. It does get better and go away. Promise!

thank you I will have to try it. I have been a pain meds for 10 year,  so this is very hard and was taking 5 Norco a day and when cold turkey. this is day 2 so I am sick. :-(  but hanging in there.

Imodium.  Hyland's Leg Cramps.  Hyland's Restful Legs.  All three of these work miracles!  A hot bath helps too, but the leg cramp stuff is a miracle pill for that!
