Full of anxiety and?

I was hesitant to post...but then not wanting to,made me realize ,I probably should now more than any other time.
I am on day 16..All I can think about the nasty pills that i know are in my own home..I can't get rid of them because they are not mine. I feel like k-todd said earlier..Just want to punch something..I feel like "IT" is trying to win. I was feeling so good and the last few days..Just down,down,down. The overwhelming anxiety that comes...out of nowhere!! I mean BAMB! Your doing ok and then it hits you like a ton of bricks. i guess not wanting to post ..scared me.making me feel like I didn't want to hear it..but I do.I  am so tired of fighting with myself. I was on the phone with my good friend  confused and didn't even tell her how I was feeling. (I have since apologized to her) Why did i just do that? I have come so far..but not far enough.

Great point worried. You can buy L-Methionine, it is the main ingredient in Sam-E. And it is much cheaper.

I will google it...I looked at the SAMe and it was like 12 bucks for 10 pills at Rite-aid...out of my price range for daily use..will good L-methionine

And sad, have u tried getting some exercise here and there if u r up to it?  I know it is probably snowing there but it helps to get moving if u can...with all the kids u probably stay plenty busy....just trying to help

Sorry, got it confused with the Tryptophan, I tried those about 7 years ago, 5-htp is the replacement, because they banned the typtophan for 7-8 years...but now you can buy either one.

But the way...every time I see the price on the SAMe, it seems to me more expensive than 5htp..
