I was hesitant to post...but then not wanting to,made me realize ,I probably should now more than any other time.
I am on day 16..All I can think about the nasty pills that i know are in my own home..I can't get rid of them because they are not mine. I feel like k-todd said earlier..Just want to punch something..I feel like "IT" is trying to win. I was feeling so good and the last few days..Just down,down,down. The overwhelming anxiety that comes...out of nowhere!! I mean BAMB! Your doing ok and then it hits you like a ton of bricks. i guess not wanting to post ..scared me.making me feel like I didn't want to hear it..but I do.I  am so tired of fighting with myself. I was on the phone with my good friend  confused and didn't even tell her how I was feeling. (I have since apologized to her) Why did i just do that? I have come so far..but not far enough.

Hi ..hugs right back my friend,! You know i get so worked up just preparing to actually go out of the house and usually once i'm out..I'm ok . but lately i get so much anxiety I don't get done what i need to and have to come back home..LOL weird!!!
I am looking forward to church tomarrow though..HE IS RISEN...AMEN

Just take the right amount of the 5htp- It's actually the replacement for tryptophan (an amino acid that was only available by scrip)...

I got over my 2-3 hour BAMB out of nowhere blow...that I can not explain, but thanks to LISTENING and TAKING their advise....it helped, and I'm all better now...and ready for Day 5 to come.

Still trying to figure what to do with you...you tend to resist so much, INCLUDING handing ALL things over...and stop trying to do it by your little cute selft - lol (you know what I mean)

Well, I think of something for you, I have to pray for this one...you should be calmed down by now..if not, just keep posting  (-:

if the 5htp is 50mg. Take 2...3X a day. Take your sons Amino 1500 till you can go by the others.

Oh Todd my friend..I just don't know..I am a stubborn one! lol  It even says so on the first page of my baby album.
By the way..Congrats on day 5..I am truly happy for you.

I have heard the SAMe is good too...like the 5htp....hang in there.....u will start having some good days very soon...it would be very hard to detox with drugs in the house...u r a strong lady for sure....u should be proud

The 5htp should come in 500mg capsules...your suppossed to take 3 x daily of the 500mg.

Still trying to figure something out for you,...wiat a minute...thats my problem, now you go me trying to figure things out!!! - LOL
