How to get my mind off of the anxiety and the extreme RLS!!!!!! I'm about to just say **** it and get a pill and make it all go away !   But I know I will just have to do this again I'm sick if this pain 4 days now when does it get better it needs to hurry up cause I won't survive like this I feel like I'm having a nervous breakdown!

Please don't underestimate the usefulness of the B vitamins and the minerals I told you about. They will absolutely work...it may not be 100% for you but anything,will be better than this, right?

Thanks everyone I'm calmly chewing a piece of gum right now ;) and watching my 6 year old and 2 year old tear up my house!!!!! I went for a walk to a shower and ran in place for like 10 mins the household bedtime is coming up and I know I'm gonna be pacing the floor!

u could try benadryl that help me out big time around bedtime and motrin do not take the pill 4 days is huge day 5 is on it's way your turning the conner hang in there praying for ya

Also get ya a good multivitamin and some b-12 and b-6 will speed up the detox a lil bit and the b vitamins will help with the fatigue a lil

YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE A HUGE STEP BEING 4 DAYS CLEAN....you didn't even have to do this, but you are....you are a warrior! I am on my 7th day, quitting cold turkey. Hun, IT DOES GET BETTER. I just keep reminding myself how bad it was when I was on the drugs and wanted to leave all that **** behind. These pills are like demons, and only want to manipulate our minds....DON"T LET IT WIN.......RUN TO VICTORY!
