I have been in rehab 2 x before for this and this time I am going to try and do it at home. My biggest problem is RLS and not being able to sleep and I have been reading some of questions and answers and just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for me to kick this at home?

I know how bad the RLS can drive you crazy, it did me.  My dr prescribed a very low dose muscle relaxer, Zanaflex .5mg.  It really helped me relax and worked wonders for the RLS.  I know everyone is different, but this worked for me.  Good luck...Dave

I suffered through rsl and insomnia as well. I took alot of vitamins and ate many bananas which really seemed to help. The no sleep thing will come. Some take sleeping pills, for me that wasnt the answer. I am not interested in taking pills, no matter what thier for. So i would just tough it out, and know that every passing hour it all gets better.Good luck to you and remember there are many people here to cheer you on.

hey mate i suffer rls n sleep comes n goes i take vitamins try lookin up the Thomas recipe it helps heaps mate goodluck n godbless
