THe past two days were horrible for me. I have a condition that if I eat something made from wheat, flour, barley or rye it causes me pain, stomach cramps and other problems. My last post was I had taken one pill to try and take the edge off the pain, I waited around 12 hours then had to take another one which brings me to right now. This morning I had to take one 5/325 Norco...what SUCKS is this is all I can take for pain.
The substance that gives me hell is called gluten and is found in bread, breakfast cereal, croutons, ketchup, salad dressing, crackers, pasta and many other items. What these frickin food companies do when they are making out the food labels is change the name gluten to some other fancy chemical name and people like me never know if we can eat that particular food item. RAT BASTARDS!
Anyway.....although I've only taken 3 pills in the last 3 days I do feel as my body is back to square one but I know as long as I aviod gluten I should be able to kick this. Wish me luck again.
