Day 16 off dilaudid

HOORAY may shakes are almost gone....just little sporadic ones.  I now really hurt, my ribs and shoulders and neck from all the shaking.  I went to a chiropractor today who said I was so tight and fragile he could not adjust me....blew my mind.  I spent an hour while he massaged and kneeded to loosen me up and restore blood flow.   I think he will be of great help.   I pray all of you are doing well tonight...   Love jerri

Well, I know I am glad you didn't go back to the dilaudid the other day aren't you? I personally am not a fan of chiropractors but we are all different but I am all for massage!! I think it will help tremendously....if you can get them weekly or twice a week for a while that would be great. I have a massage therapist that comes to my home (costs extra but totally worth it) then I can just lay down and go to bed and relax.

I know you are just going to feel better from here on out!! Congrats and keep up the good work!
