Thanks for the support. Was beginning to think no was there to help me cus I 'm not taking alot so thank you. I am 51 years old. My BP has always been low but I also have been on Norcos forever now. I used to take more but over the last few years I've been able to tapper down to this. I will contact my doc for sure concerning this. There is a family history of high BP. It's in the middle of the nite that it wakes me up, heart pounding. I suffer from Hep C. Went two rounds with Interfuron/Riboviron and it left me with alot of auto immune stuff and all this joint muscle pain. Now cutting out the meds have left the mussel pain over the top. It is a searing pain and i can hardly move. Is this normal? A hot bath did help and when i take the third of tablet of Norco it's better but it's still there. I am also having migrain type headaches, this normal with withdrawal? I would appreciate any infor and support.
20 mgs is not huge..i did not look at ur age nor ur history...for severe wds//bp can go up//sorry..blood pressure...How old r u? what is ur BP? do u have any heart disease?
If u r elderly with any of the above..u really need to talk with ur dr as he can help u quit safely,,we r all different...i was at 100 mgs a day and I do have BP issues but wd did not affect me like that..i was more tired but some have anxiety..panicky feelings can mimic alot of things...best to get it checked
I used the pills for nrg..some use for anxiety as they calm them..they hyped me up so using them for anxiety was not a way to go for me...most of the population is calmed by narcotics and become sleepy if they take too much//then there is the other segment who reacts oppositely to them
In reality narcotics were not meant to be used for anxiety nor for nrg...there r other safer ways to acheive these goals that r not habit forming
The thomas recipe is in the health pages..under DISCUSSION discussion///click on the Health Pages and alot of article titles will pop up..the Thomas Recipe is near the top or at the top..click on it and read
if u r nervous/I would avoid tyrosine that is recommended in the recipe as it is a stimulant type amino acid//good for nrg but bad for anxiety..read and learn..keep posting
excuse this typ here but for some reason my computer wont delete right now??!! LOL neverous
If you have B/P issues, talk to your doctor about getting on some med to help while you detox. When you go through W/D muscle aches and racing heart is normal. My back killed me, and I could look down and see my heart pounding in my stomach. A lot of this feeling is the anxiety - which is completely normal with W/D.
