A cold washcloth on the forehead will help with that - the sweating went on for me for quite a while - like the others who posted, it was less and less with time - in fact, stopped for a while, only to return months later.  But eventually it stopped for good.  Pretty sure it was the toxins leaving my body through my skin - and because I had abused the drugs for so long (benzos 12 years and painkillers over 6 years) I must have had a LOT of toxins in my system (lol) - so it's a good thing as uncomfortable as it might feel, it means you're getting this awful stuff OUT of your body.

Good luck to you!  :)

it took a few weeks for the sweating to stop try to sleep with something very light on like a cotton tee or a tank shirt let the air get in there and the fan would be a great idea, also congrats on 12 days!!!

took a few months before it completely stopped for me.  Happened less and less tho.  I found getting my room really7 cold or having a fan on me at night helped a lot tho
hang tight!
