Good Morning! Congrats for continuing to move forward. Day 4 was a turning point for me as far as the issues requiring Imodium, the feeling like I was hit by a mack truck more or less. The sleep and the rls lasted longer. It was actually the rls leading to my lack of sleep. This went on for several weeks...getting a bit better each day after about two weeks. Good luck and keep moving forward....your positive energy/attitude will get you through this!
Hey Uncle, great job getting to day 4. For me, days 3-4 were the worst of the physical stuff. I felt a bit better each day after that. The no sleep thing is tough, but as said above, it will come back. If you can, soak in an Epsom Salt bath. It feels great, will relax you, and will help with muscle aches and restlessness. Stay well hydrated and take your vitamins. Stay focused and strong. You are doing great.
Uncle, your posts are so funny and vibrant. I know you don't feel funny and vibrant. That jack hammer thing will pass and yes sleep will come back. Time and patience, my friend. Time and patience.
Like domino said, you are IN the worst right now. So it will get better inch by inch. Our bodies lovely payback for all the automatic fun we got from just swallowing a pill-yipee!
You're doing great. Just let the time pass, cuz it does!
You should be feeling a bit better real soon. Usually day 3-4 is the worst. Be careful with the Xanax. The sleep thing suxs but it does come back. Try a warm shower or bath.
