IBK is absolutely right  About day 5 or 6, when the initial motivation wears off and you start feeling really tired and unmotivated, is a really good time to start going to NA.  You will come out of those meeting so charged up and feeling good about yourself....it's amazing.  Give it a try bullet, you will see what I'm talking about.  You owe it to yourself to at least check out a meeting...you've come so far in such a short time...keep the momentum going!!!

Yes, you will have good days and bad days. I always say that you didn't get to where you are overnight, so you are not going to get well overnight. You need to give it time, be patient and know that you headed in the right direction.

We talked about aftercare for the past 5 days now and I know you were given the link to meetings near you several times. What is holding you back from going? Are you scared? I hope not because I think it would be a huge boost for you right now to be around people just like you---up close and personal.

Hang in there and keep fighting!

hey your right not your friend, definitely need to burn those bridges, people, places and things. yes you are going to have good and bad days.
get that aftercare in place as soon as possible. in the meantime keep  yourself busy, exercise, find a new hobby, clean out the garage, lol, wash the car, you get my point. you have to get your mind off the pills and back to living without them.
congrats on the 6 days. sleep is overrated anyway.lol.
do you have valerian root, melatonin these will help you relax and help with anxiety.
i will pray for you to continue to be strong,
keep fighting the good fight, keep on truckin, keep on keepin on,
you got this
